Damages
We strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but sometimes damages may occur during transit. To help us resolve any issues quickly, please follow the steps below if you notice any damage to your shipment upon receipt:
Inspect the Package: As soon as your shipment arrives, carefully inspect the exterior of the box for any signs of damage. If the box is damaged, there may be damage to the contents as well.
Document the Damage:
Take clear photos of the damaged box and any affected items inside.
Ensure that you capture all angles of the damage.
Keep all packaging materials. Do not discard the box or any packaging materials, as the carrier may need to inspect them during the claims process.
Notify the Carrier at Dropoff
If you notice damage at the time of delivery, inform the carrier immediately and take photos before the carrier leaves. Reporting it at the point of dropoff is crucial, as delays can complicate the claims process.
File a Claim with the Carrier:
Contact the carrier as soon as possible to report the damage.
Provide them with your tracking number, photos of the damage, and a detailed description of the issue.
Follow the carrierβs instructions for completing the claims process.
Notify Us:
After filling the claim with the carrier, please notify us with your claim number and any additional details. We are here to assist you further if needed.
